Although the internet is a resourceful place and a good starting point to finding general information on companies in the industry you want to target, we recommend that this is always followed up by telephone verification, as the information posted online may well be out of date.  At ITP our database in many key areas is updated not yearly but monthly and weekly.

Our experience tells us that the commitment required from people to be sure they will actually turn up on the day is still likely to be made by a person to person telephone conversation. So we make the call driving traffic to the event and reducing substantially the drop out rate
