Managed events services

ITP Events provides a comprehensive event management service for a wide range of event services. No project is the same and hence, our ability to listen, adapt and create a bespoke solution to each individual client's requirements is critical to the success of every project.

Process

  1. Fact Find - this session is done on the telephone or, in person and is required to assertain your requirements
  2. Proposal/ quotation - A few days later, we will send you a proposal containing a our recommendations and a quotation based on the Fact Find
  3. Review - details are reviewed and a requote may be required
  4. Confirm order - when you are happy with the order, we will ask you to sign the order and raise a PO
  5. Marketing kick off - only once an order has been signed. Depending on the tye of event, we ask for an average of 6 working weeks for marketing activity

Together we will set realistic objectives and create milestones where both parties can monitor progress – we pride ourselves on achieving the desired end result.
